Do I need an appointment?
No appointment necessary. It's easy, fast, secure and contact-less to have your knives or tools sharpened. You can drop off at any time by securely leaving your items in the drop off lockers in front of our location. Our drop off system is contactless.

How long does it take?
Our services are first come first served and we have most orders ready for pickup in 1-3 days.

How much does it cost?
Cost varies on the level of service and type of tool to be sharpened. Kitchen knives are priced by length, but generally average $11/each for Professional Hand Sharpening. See our Pricing page for a full breakdown.

Will you come to me?
We only offer mobile services for Restaurant and Salon customers at this time. 

We understand that outside of the Hampton roads area your options for professional sharpening might be limited and we do allow mail in orders. You can ship your order to us at the address on our contact page. You also have the option to have your order shipped one way. Drop off in person next time you are near us and have it shipped back to you or ship it and pick up in person.

How does it work?
Drop off your items to be sharpened any time in the convenient drop off lockers at our location. Each locker has a contact card inside for your information and a padlock to secure your items before you leave.

We sharpen your items and reach out when they are ready. You can securely pick up your freshly sharpened items at your convenience using the same lockers. Payment is due at time of pickup and there is never any rush to pick up your order.

We accept cash, checks, Paypal, Venmo, Cashapp and credit card.
